Career Center Management
When a company is faced with a major restructuring that results in large numbers of employees (50 or more) being impacted, frequently it is more cost-effective to establish a Career Center.
Career centers are located either on the employer's site or at an off-site location depending on space requirements. Facilities, staffing and services are customized to meet the strategic objectives of the company while providing excellent service to impacted employees.
Career Centers are staffed based on the needs of each client but generally include a Center Manager, Receptionist, Administrative Staff, Job Developer, and Career Coaches.
