Supplemental Support Services

• Manager's coaching - As requested, Target Solution's staff offers coaching to Client Companies on effective ways to deliver transition information to impacted employees.

• Termination Meetings - A representative of Target Solutions will be happy to meet with impacted individuals to assist them in confronting the situation and provide an overview of Career Management services being provided.

• Feedback - Written and/or verbal progress reports will be made available to the Client Company on each employee, as requested.

• Advisory Council - In addition to other support provided to each impacted employee, the candidate may participate in "weekly - informal" Job Search discussion meetings, based on their interest.

• Targeted Job Development Support - Through Target Solutions' job development support services, candidates have access to a Web based, nationwide Career Search Database of thousands of companies in various fields and industries.

• Web Based Career Center - As part of Target Solutions, Inc. goal to fully serve our candidates, TSI provides a secure "Electronic" Career Center filled with numerous services geared to keep impacted candidates, informed and motivated to move forward in their Career Search.
