One-on-One Career Transition Coaching and
Personalized Job Search Support

Career Coaching needs vary greatly between impacted individuals. Consequently, Target Solutions' offers a full range of coaching content, delivered in an "individualized" format designed to address the specific requirements of each candidate as they re-enter the employment marketplace.

Coaching support is offered in "blocks" of 2 units of time in order to more effectively support the job search requirements of each candidate.

• Each unit of support equals to:
  • 1-hour of one-on-one, customized coaching by an experienced Career Coach and/or
  • 1-hour of Client Status Reviews With A Team Of TSI Consultants and/or
  • 2-hours of customized Job Development Support and/or
  • 3 - hours of Administrative Support for each candidate.
• Content for one-one-one coaching is selected by each candidate once the service begins, based on individual career development needs and selected from the following:

1.  Assessment of Current Situation.

2.  Development of Career Goals and Objectives.

3.  Preparation of Marketing Tools.

4.  Development of Marketing Strategies.

5.  Enhancement of Interviewing Skills.

6.  Evaluation of Offers.
