Workshops

These highly interactive sessions cover the nuts and bolts of job searching from "How to develop eye catching resumes" to "Effective Interviewing skills." Two types of workshops are available:

1. Multi-Company "Open," Half- Day Workshops are run weekly, to accommodate organizations who must release impacted employees over a period of time rather than in groups large enough to require a workshop reserved for your company only.

"Open" classes made up of participants from varied companies, enhance the learning experience and help diffuse much of the negative feelings centered on "it only happened to me."

2. "Company - Reserved" Workshops are also made available based on the needs of each client and the number of employees impacted. These workshops may be run at either TSI's offices or at a location selected by the client.

• Workshops are offered in several formats and serve groups of up to 12 impacted employees. Workshops vary in lengths and can be selected from:
   • 1 Day   • 2 Days   • 2.5 Days   • 2, half days,   • 3, half days or   • 4, half days

• All workshops content focuses on practical application of Job Search Skills including: Resume Design - Job Search Strategies, emphasizing use of Technology, and interviewing skills. Classes are designed around Adult Learning Techniques and include discussions, skills training and practice.
