In most organizations, the recruiting activities are handled by the Human Resources function. Often times, especially in larger businesses, there is either a designated department, or a designated HR professional who is responsible for handling the entire hiring process. In either case, the need for adding staff to an organization fluctuates, sometimes drastically, based on growth, restructures or retirements within the business.

When this happens, organizations have had, up to this point, only a few options to meet this increased demand for recruiting support i.e., - temporary or contract help; or use of a Contingency and/or Retained, Executive Search Firm.

What is Corporate Recruiting?
TSI's Corporate Recruiting support is a long-term solution to the ups and downs of companies' recruiting needs. This is accomplished by assigning either an individual TSI Recruiting Consultant or a TSI Recruiting Team to each client, based on their projected hiring needs. The TSI Recruiting Consultant may work either on the Client's site or at TSI's offices and serves as an "on-call" extension of your HR/Staffing team.
