Getting Along With Difficult People
Difficult people can be valuable assets to their companies. They may be very knowledgeable, highly creative and deeply insightful, but they can still be difficult! In this interactive workshop, participants first discover their own styles then learn how to work with style differences to obtain the maximum performance from the difficult employee.
