New Manager Orientation
Getting the right start is an important key to success. Many organizations assume that managers who have a history with the company do not require orientation as they move into new leadership positions. This attitude can pave the way for failure. This workshop builds on current training and orientation available to managers, by providing a checklist and guided development for a successful manager orientation program.
