Building Effective Teams
Enhancing productivity, increasing involvement, clarifying roles and procedures are among just a few of the successful results from this workshop. During the workshop, tools will be developed and utilized to demonstrate how fully functioning teams can generate ideas, become self-directed, build consensus, solve problems, and resolve conflicts. A central development of the workshop is the administration and use of an Assessment Indicator that facilitates an understanding of work style and team interaction.
